Have you ever wanted to do something so badly, but never had the time? Do you put the bothersome thing in your to-do list (yes, i have one, and it has a pencil always next to it!) and never do it?
Yes folks, i have a thing to share.
I have been wanting to update my blog page... but i have been super duper busy lately.
Remember, back way back in May, how i said that i would be able to read so much more?
Nada. Nope. Not happening.
Summer has gone by like a flash of lightning. Excuse my unneeded simile there...
so here folks,
here is the list of books i have been reading!!!
I will put their rating, and ONE sentence about each, because it is really late... :D
Also, instead of Bookworm's stars ratings, i do one to ten (ten = the most amazing book that would win a gold place at the booklympics :) like harry potter or the tigers saga)
-Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton, 6.5, "good plot, didn't get bored, strong-ish main character, interesting relationships, all in all a good book"
-Nevermore by James Patterson, 7.5, "urg... the ending... i am a Dylan + Max kind of girl, no offense to Fax or anything.. but i didn't really understand the whole Ooo, i am dead but i'm not but hooray kind of plot, but I loved it anyways because its Max!"
-Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor, 6.5, "i was a bit shocked, it had an odd cover but I loved the book. really good characters, amazing twists in the plots, plenty of surprises!!!"
-Nightspell by Leah Cypress, 6.5, "eek, MANY surprises, seriously... i liked it though because it kept it interesting!!!
-Lola and the Boy Next Door, 4, "Well... I didn't like it that much. I didn't like any of the characters (well, i guess cricket was okay, and of course anna and st. clair!) and I didn't enjoy the 'Its all romance' kind of plot. I just like 'twists' of romance, Bookworm!!!"
-Mistwood by Leah Cypress, 6, "I liked the main character, she seemed strong and did what she wanted to do, and she was smart and creative and kept the book interesting with her ideas!!!"
my classicalish reads for homework:
-Of Mice and Men
-The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
Don't worry people, i have read a bit more then this, but I am unsure about some of the authors names... until next time then!!! :D
What do you think about the books your reading? interesting? goodplotted? Great characters?
Share, I would love comments!!! :D
